Hello, everyone! As you may have noticed I changed my name from “theskinnybiotch” to the healthy biotch. When I made this blog I was primarily focused on losing weight just for aesthetic reasons. Now that I’m older I realize that it’s more important to be healthy than weigh a certain number ESPECIALLY because being skinny doesn’t always equate to being healthy and well. With that said I’m hoping to post here more often and move this blog in a more positive direction! 💕
